The Monitoring > Alerts node of the administration console navigation tree is used to view, create and modify traditional alerts. In addition is the ability to take guided corrective action to your system for issues detected in the actionable alerts section of the tree. Alerts consist of three separate areas; Alert Definitions, where new alerts are created and existing alerts can be modified; Alert Log, where alerts can be viewed; and Actionable Alerts, where actionable alerts can be viewed and acted on.
